author was molested by a jw elder, told her mom (and others) about it, was not believed, her behavior spiraled out of control (acting out), was placed in foster care by her mother that refused to believe an "upstanding member of the congregation" could do something so despicable.

during our wt life we met a good number of friends involved in the circuit and district work.

i am sure that we share the same experience and that we remember fondly some that we caring, loving and generally interested in the brothers.

at the same time we might remember others that were arrogant, selfish, abusive and oppressive.

I remember, Jenkins, Padron, and Mena. There was one other one that got sent to us, he was a narcissistic bastard. He would go into the restroom to groom his hair at least 4 times per meeting. I heard he got in trouble for his outlandish behaviors. Does anyone remember CO Cornelious 1970's? in the El Paso Area? He treated my mom like dirt when she went up to him for advice. I heard Mena left the borg, and became a christian minister, anyone know anything about him?

the start of a new memorial season is upon us.

saturday is the day for the start of the invites to look but not touch the bread and wine.

the "observer class" is a belief unique to jehovah's witnesses.. along with the invite to the masses a special effort is being made this year by the elders to invite all the df's, da's and faders.. along with the invite a copy of the rtj will be left with them.. naturally we will still be treated as pariah's if we do attend but it is the thought that counts.. i am of the "fader class" as i don't wish to rock the boat with my wife and extended family.

My front gate is about 50 yards from my front door. I will be looking out for them to have a chat and ask for a thorough explanation of the new generations theme. I will then ask about the new arrangement for the meeting and how they liked the new song. I will be reading their body language and psychoanalyzing them. I have been asking for a book study to learn the new changes and they never return to me. They still don't know how to explain the new changes. I will try to get into their head. Sham pseudo psychology! Even as a professional in the psychology field, I feel like slapping the shit out of these idiots! You know they must be getting and enjoying the fame in their little congregations. Just like many brothers I knew, they lack in empathy and sympathy. These janitors and garbage men are dealing with real emotions while wearing a damn smile. (No offense to people in these jobs that are truly humble, genuine, and dedicated).
